Description: Tina’s Express was found at Mike’s Auction in early February. We snatched her up while bidding solely against a known kill buyer. We couldn’t pass her up with her good looks and pedigree (she has the same sire as our own Party In Excess (Leila) and her broodmare sire is the sire of Dancing Prince (Luke)). She appears to have an old injury to her right hip and a small scar on her ribcage. She is sound and has been restarted under saddle. Calli is a gorgeous mover, quick learner, and kind. We have plans for Calli to take some field trips to local shows to gain some experience and miles. She will make a fine sporthorse.
September 2014 Update: Callie has been adopted and will be going to the green pastures of Kentucky. We couldn’t be more excited for her and her adopter. It is a far cry from the low-end auction ring where she once was sold for less than her value as meat.
