Description: The charros and match racers were circling around him at auction thus he was at great risk and was purchased at great cost to the foundation and found himself safe at last. Dr. Who is a very nice boy that appears sound other than being unkempt, underweight and in need of a farrier. We will assess and determine what path to retraining Dr. Who will take. He is extremely friendly and good looking so should have numerous options.
January 2016 Update: It was a heavy heart that we share the passing of Dr. Who. Upon examination by Dr. Heaton, it was obvious that he was in significant pain. His ankle was terribly arthritic, bone was grinding on bone. His hocks hurt, back hurt. His The radiographs did not indicate that there was any more we could do to keep him comfortable. Our only solace is that given his poor physical condition, he did not go to the charros to be used for match racing. There is no doubt that he would have catastrophically broken done.
