Description: Dave came into our program through the Ontario Livestock Auction. He
presented himself as lame although subsequent scans showed no evident bone
damage. He was sent to Eclipse Equine Therapy for additional evaluation and rehab
modalities and subsequently became sound. We believe he may have been suffering
from body soreness.
Dave is a beautiful guy with a goofy personality and in time will likely be a good
prospect. He did not have a long racing career and is only 6 years old. He was
adopted and then recently returned to our program due to financial hardship (May
2018). He’s now at Hope for Horses under our sponsorship and in training and doing
very well.
