Dancing Prince
Luke was a special case. He’s a very smart horse and catches on to things very quickly. We kept track of his progress with a weekly blog, so there was a line out the door waiting for him to be available for adoption. Once it came Katie Sue’s turn to try him out (she was a volunteer from Bear Creek), she happily drove up to Martinez to see him. She had been looking for a new horse to replace her old horse she was forced to leave behind in Texas. She was looking for a horse to do some jumping and some dressage with. Luke seemed to fit the check boxes of what she wanted. She had one ride. By the time she left, she had agreed to adopt him. He was on his way down to the South Bay shortly thereafter.
Luke is currently enjoying life in the South Bay with Katie Sue and his trainer. They’re working on developing his skills to show in the future. They both love and enjoy one another’s company. Luke is VERY spoiled.
