Runner is an unraced 7 year old gelding found on a feedlot bound for slaughter as a two year old and rescued by us. He has been in the program as a permanent fixture and is our resident trainer for new horses, teaching them the ropes by ponying them on trail. He has become the consummate professional and is very serious about his job. When not working he loves being ridden bareback around the facility.
