BBQ-Open House at the Helen B Johnson Memorial Sanctuary operated by Neigh Savers Foundation, Inc.

Time: 11 am – 4 pm
Join us for a BBQ, Dessert, Sanctuary Tour or all three!
BBQ Dinner Cost: $35/per person
BBQ includes Tri Tip, Chicken, Beans, Green Salad & Bread, Bottle of Water
Vegetarian option: Veggie Chili & Grilled Vegetables.
BBQ will be catered by Famous Amens. They have generously offered to cater our event at their cost.
Desserts will be homemade for an additional donation of $5.
No host bar will serve wine, beer and non alcoholic drinks for an additional donation of $5. We will also be offering bourbon shots from the last bottles of our specialty bottled Four Roses Bourbon, also $5.
Sanctuary Tours
We will offer tours of the facility from 1 – 3pm. You do not have to buy a BBQ dinner ticket to take a tour.
Raffle tickets are as follows:
We will draw the raffle prizes at 3:30 pm. You may choose your item by placing a ticket with your name & phone number in the bag in front of the item.
Silent Auction concludes at 4pm
We accept Cash, Checks, PayPal, Zelle or Venmo.
All donations are tax deductible as allowed by IRS regulations.
TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Items to our Raffle & Silent Auction are gratefully received. You will receive a Charity Auction Donor Form for your donation.
