We want to thank those that purchased tickets, donated to Neigh Savers on the day of and attended in person Saturday Oct 10th.
It was a smaller event than we anticipated as we had 11 last minute cancellations but it was relaxing, intimate and the weather was magnificent!
Winning our main door prize gift was Ann M. Ann was actually planning on attending and at the last minute had an unexpected medical issue that forced her to cancel, much to her dismay. I hope the door prize I will personally deliver to her later this month might make up for it. Our in person second door prize went to a new friend Teri C. Congratulations to both of you!
We ended up selling 124 tickets due to generous donors. Because 35 people opted out of the door prize we had 89 tickets in our bucket. We had set the limit to 100 tickets max for the door prize.
I have attached photos from the day and would like to thank both Lauren L and Leanna KJ for sending me a few from the day.
As you know, diesel fuel costs are up significantly as are all of the supplies and feed we need to run the Sanctuary and feed the critters. We are most grateful that this fundraiser was so successful. Due to the economic turn-down we lost donors and monthly sponsors for our horses.
Most of the costs of the Garden Party were underwritten by the Neigh Savers’ team. Sierra also set up her crochet table and sold quite a few items, donating some of the proceeds to Neigh Savers. Thank you Sierra!

Enjoy the photos! And thank you everyone for your very generous contributions. We have three new donors and two new volunteers. We are in great need of local volunteers and appreciate any referrals you might be able to give us.
