Description: Joe made it to the track, but was too slow to begin his racing career. His previous owner had him from the time he was 3. Joe helped raise her children, taking them for trail rides, teaching them to be around horses. Unfortunately, she had fallen on hard times and was unable to properly feed him. She reached out to Neigh Savers asking for help. Through the teamwork between Neigh Savers and Forgotten Horses Rescue, we were able to find Joe a forever home with little kids to dot on him.
